MFA exists to provide you with fun, challenging and professional fitness training
sessions to assist you to achieve the level of health you want. Lose weight,
improve general fitness, feel more positive about yourself or revitalise
that lost energy. We utilise military trained fitness instructors with a
high level of professionalism who will provide the motivation, variety and
expertise to ensure you get the most out of every session. We conduct classes
in parks and beaches that provide convenience to you.
